Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.atiyafoundation.com (the “Website”) and your participation in the registration, entrance examination, coaching, mentorship, residential and allied programmes (collectively, the “Programmes”) offered by Atiya Education and Health Foundation, commonly known as Atiya Foundation (“Atiya Foundation”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, registering for a Programme, or submitting an application or entranceexamination form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or apply to our Programmes.
About Atiya Foundation
Atiya Foundation, established in 2010, is a [charitable foundation / registered trust / society — please confirm] working in the fields of education and health for the welfare of society. It supports students preparing for competitive examinations, particularly the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (“UPSC”) and examinations conducted by State Public Service Commissions, and it organises free health camps and welfare activities.
Definitions
- “Applicant” or “you” means any person who registers for, applies to, or participates in a Programme, or who uses the Website.
- “Entrance Examination” means the screening test conducted by Atiya Foundation for admission to its residential coaching and guidance Programme.
- “Admission Committee” means the committee constituted by Atiya Foundation to oversee selection and admission.
Eligibility
To apply for our Programmes, you must:
- be eligible to appear for the Civil Services Examination or the relevant State examination as per the age, nationality, educational qualification and number-of-attempts criteria prescribed by the UPSC or the concerned Commission;
- provide complete, true and accurate information and documents; and accept and abide by these Terms, the rules of Atiya Foundation, and the decisions of the Admission Committee.
- Meeting the eligibility criteria does not by itself entitle you to admission, which is subject to selection.
Registration and Entrance Examination
1 You must complete the online registration form and upload the required documents within the timelines notified by us. Registration is currently offered free of charge.
2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping your login details, application number and admit card secure.
3 We may, at our discretion, reschedule the Entrance Examination or change the last date for applications. Any such change will be notified on the Website or through our official channels.
4 The conduct of the Entrance Examination, its evaluation, and the preparation of results and merit lists are at the sole discretion of Atiya Foundation, and its decisions in this regard are final.
Selection and Admission
1 Selection for the residential coaching and guidance Programme is based on the Entrance Examination, and may include an interview, document verification, and assessment of eligibility, including category and income criteria where applicable.
2 Admission is confirmed only after successful verification of your documents and your acceptance of the applicable rules. We reserve the right to cancel any registration, candidature or admission obtained through incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information or documents.
Fees and facilities
1 The residential coaching and guidance Programme, including (as applicable)
accommodation, mess facilities, library access and Wi-Fi, is provided free of charge to selected students, in line with the charitable objectives of Atiya Foundation, save for any costs that we expressly notify to you in advance.
2 Facilities are provided subject to availability and to the rules and code of conduct prescribed by Atiya Foundation, which may be amended from time to time.
Code of conduct
As a condition of participation, you agree to:
- attend classes, tests and mentorship sessions regularly and maintain discipline; use the accommodation, library, equipment and other facilities responsibly; comply with all rules, instructions and decisions of Atiya Foundation and its faculty and staff;
- not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, dishonest, disruptive, or harmful to other students, staff or the reputation of Atiya Foundation; and
- not engage in any form of malpractice during the Entrance Examination, tests or assessments.
We may suspend or terminate your participation, and withdraw any facility, for breach of this code of conduct, subject to a fair process.
Accuracy of information and declarations
You declare that the information and documents you provide are true and correct to the best of your knowledge, that you abide by the rules of Atiya Foundation and the decisions of the Admission Committee, and that you are not involved in any criminal case and that no such case is pending against you in any court of law. Any false declaration may result in cancellation of your candidature or admission, without prejudice to any other action available to us in law.
No guarantee of results
Atiya Foundation provides guidance, coaching and facilities to support your preparation. We do not promise, warrant or guarantee any particular result, rank, selection or success in the Entrance Examination, the Civil Services Examination, or any State examination. Past results of our students are shared for information only and are not a representation of the results that any individual may achieve, which depend on many factors, including your own effort and the decisions of the examination authorities.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, and all study material, test papers, notes and resources provided by
Atiya Foundation (including text, logos, images and design), are the property of Atiya
Foundation or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may use them solely for your personal, non-commercial preparation. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish or share them with any third party, or use them for any commercial purpose, without our prior written permission.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any data; introduce viruses or
- other harmful code; interfere with the proper working of the Website; or use the Website to
- infringe the rights of others, or to transmit unlawful, defamatory or objectionable content.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, for maintenance, security or other reasons.
Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to, or rely on services provided by, third parties (including our online registration provider and social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or practices of any third-party website or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Your use of the Website and our Programmes is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Website or applying to our Programmes, you consent to such processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atiya Foundation, and its trustees, employees, faculty and volunteers, from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your registration, admission, access to facilities, or use of the Website, if you breach these Terms, the code of conduct or applicable law, or if required to protect the interests of Atiya Foundation, its students or staff.
Force majeure
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, strikes, or failures of utilities or communications. In such cases, examinations, classes or facilities may be rescheduled, suspended or modified.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “[01-06-2026]” date and will apply from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Website, or participation in our Programmes, after any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or our Programmes.
